  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
  • We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below:
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • No refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
  • Klarna purchases are exchange-only and are not eligible for refunds
  • Final sale and custom-made items are exchange-only if unused
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If the exchanged item is of lower value, no credit or refund will be issued.
